I reserved and paid for in full at another rental car company, three letter animal...well, they didn't have my car when I arrived. I got in touch with SNA and they were very nice, answered the phone call, and offered to pick my family, luggage and me up from the airport. Got us the car we wanted, and got us on our vacation. I dropped off the car and they took us and our luggage back to the airport. They are about 1 mile or less from the airport, but I will always rent from them I'm in town, SNA is my goto and I would highly recommend them. Forget the other big companies tactics or charging you up front only to be left hanging. Thanks SNA Auto!

We used a rental car from them for 3 days, very kind people, fast service, clean car, easy process. We also rented a carseat with the car so we didn't have to pack our own. Offered a free shuttle to and from airport. Would recommend and use again.

They are a small company but very affordable. They were very fast and efficient, I rented the car for 5 days and when I returned it they immediately gave me back my deposit. I will definitely do business with them again. They have a shuttle for the airport so you just call them and they will come pick you up.

Quick, friendly, efficient and inexpensive. While the cars are not brand new the one I got was clean and performing as expected. I was directed to SNA from the desk of one of the national chains when I arrived at the airport to find that they had no cars available for “at least an hour” in spite of the reservation I had made. Glad I found SNA and will use them next time I fly into Orange County.
