Those who rated low for this premise are unreasonable, unforgiving, and entitled. The facility is small, I get it. Personal prompt services are lack, I get it. But to me they never failed me! Look at how downsized Richland has become. Look at how technology has transformed. I’m not asking at the elders, but for majority of us we can always “scan, print, and pay” all with the touches of smart phones and boom, the line is no longer. And think about the positives: detailed explanations, courteous and open dialogues are all there for you. That’s enough for me for a little of waiting. Thank you Richland USPS!

Giving 2 stars for the mere fact they close at 5. Anyone who works 8-5. Hopefully someday they change it to 5:30.

I have been to MANY post offices snd by far this is the worst. Lazy, slow, and unprofessional does not begin to describe my 3 experiences there. Always a slow line even with 3 clerks at the front. One of them looks like a random guy popped on a (food stained) uniform to poorly cosplay a postal worker. From now on I am going to drive the extra 15 minutes to drop off my packages elsewhere. Or start paying UPS.
