Bought brand new home there worst mistake I’ve made in my life I’m 36 lived several places this one has micro managers that will be little you and make you try to feel dumb and they will repeat same thing over and over on phone not let you talk and not use there heads remembering anything and will not let you sneak a word in and they don’t even know that the owner is the name of the company I have the loan threw and Connie laughed at me when I said Brian is the owner and I have is home and cell number which I did call him but not to complain but just to find person that has head on there shoulders to talk to about issue I need resolved,very rude management needs new management for sure I will say Sandra is only person reasonable to work with there everyone else walks on you,owner of park is good guy too I just want out of there willing to give my home away for just what I owe on loan place is only 4 years old,I’d rather rent apartment then live there god as my witness it’s really that bad!worst place I’ve eveeerrrr lived!!!!!!id give half star if I could and I hate complaints you won’t find complaints from me online anywhere but here!!

Sandra the manager here is a verbally abusive, grotesque person. If you live here and are 4 days late on rent they will leave harassing voicemails and notes on your door threatening "legal action" and eviction. After being a few days late, for the first time. Their online system was not letting me pay my rent and I was working out of town. I called the next day to explain the situation and was verbally harassed. They treated me so badly that I moved before the end of the month. They left voicemails saying they saw my space was empty and to call back so they could rent it out. I explained on the phone that they could rent it out but would need to refund me for my final month's rent which my security deposit would have covered for next month. Sandra was so rude on the phone I told her not to talk to me that way and she threatened me. There are much better places to stay than here. I would recommend a person think twice before living here due to the predatory and intimidation tactics they use here. If they don't refund me I will take them to small claims court and will file a report with the BBB.

Manager is rude as hell. Talked over me after we had an issue with one of her representatives. The park is nice and has great views but keep in mind that it does NOT look like the pictures. Beware of staff

I bought brand new single wide from them here,nice easy place to maintain park is nice neighbors are helpful and friendly,My plumbing was messed up and couldn’t flush toilet or take shower for week had to go to our other place to do so was hassle but they did get it fixed as they should but Sandra in office made it nice and made me feel like I was in good hands and would be taken care of, now things are great love the place starting to fix it up to my liking. management is easy to deal with if your calm and collected don’t jump to conclusions about things until you sort it out calmly with office if you call up upset that will not work out in your favor ever!
