I made a mistake on my order and instead of delivering me cold food they re-made my order and let me come get it. Again, it was my mistake and this crew ensured me and my family had warm tasty food for dinner. I can't say enough good things bout this store, they will go above and beyond to ensure you are taken care of.

I went to get the pizza after speaking to a male employee about the pizza. When I got to the store, a female employee said we did not place an order then the same female employee told me when she talked to me on the phone she must of canceled the order. That same employee did not even look for the order.The manager found the order order less then a minute later. When I tried to pick up the pizza, the female employee told me it was going to cost x amount. I told her I paid for it already and have the confirmation to prove it. She told me it did not go through and I would need to pay. By this point I was already angry with how I was treated, had my kids with me with them being hungry, and now I am being told to pay for the pizza again. My daughter told me it looked like a male employee was in the back filming but I can not confirm that. I left and waiting to see if they pull the money out. Very poor help, got no food, and was insulted in the different chain of events that happen.
