I went to Casa Mia last night and was greeted when I walked in. I had fast and exceptional service from Bryce. There were other employees helping as well and all seemed extremely nice and professional. This place operates as a team and it shows. I loved being here and will definitely come back and hopefully sit in the outside seating! <3

Well, a very unfortunate and extremely disappointing experience at one of our favorite places, Casa Mia, Richland. They've gotten extremely expensive, although not the worst of the experience. Plastic in two of our entrees. Response was disappointing at best. Sad to say we won't be back to this one again- after going there for years.

We were a party of 5 & were seated right away, around 5pm. There was a good selection on the menu that was moderately priced. They also had an extensive drink menu of beer, wine & soft drinks. The only complaint was my wife's lasagna was not hot. Otherwise, we enjoyed it & we will go back!

If you have never eaten really good pasta this place will suffice. Our ravioli was tough and chewy, had to be cut with a knife at times. Some were cold, some warm. Pasta was drowning in sauce. House salads are a plate full of lettuce, smothered in dressing, a glob of shredded mozzarella cheese and a handful of olives. Low effort. A couple more veggies and a few croutons would be a low cost, effective game changer. This restaurant has the quality level of a Pizza Hut, pretty low. The staff was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and covid mindful. No return visit for us.
