Good brisket, sweet tea...Dino Bones were a bit fatty but that may just be the cut of meat. The baked beans were OK but a bit too sharp. They could use a tad more sweet.

I’d say a solid 3.5. The meat was fresh and warm. The mac and cheese was pretty bland but the beans were very flavorful. The bread was terrible. It’s very crumbly and was cold and hard. I’m not a fan of their sauces since they don’t offer a sweet sauce and that’s what I prefer. The restaurant was nice and clean.

I have loved porters and their meat is still excellent, but I bought a quart of mac and cheese today and this is what I had when I got home. It's a soup with some macroni (not the shells they used to use). I literally threw the whole $14 container out...

The brisket is amazing as it is moist and flavorful and the beef ribs are some of the best I have ever had. The homemade pickles and Mac and cheese were also very good. I love the mustard BBQ sauce. Note: I am from Texas and know my beef. I am glad I visited Richland, WA.

You're tipping the chefs and the other line cooks that make the sides. If you don't want to tip, don't eat out.
