Absolutely amazing. I've been coming here on and off for years and quality has stayed the same. Sometimes I order on Ritual and the order somehow is "forgotten" but, it happens. At least they own up to it, which I appreciate. With how busy they get, I understand that they may forget to look at the screen thing they use. The food is terrific, I recommend the Kani onigiri and the chicken karaage. It's great! Seating is limited when it's busy because of the small space.

Nope they don't do waffles. It was actually another business that used their upstairs floor to make waffles. If you're looking for some good waffles, check out Sweet Waffles and Boba
There is no open seating in store at this moment, only a small seating area while you wait for your drinks in-store. They have set up plexiglass, and staff wore masks at all times. They kept the window open to ensure the space is well-ventilated. I went there two days ago and felt safe as I put in my order and waited. They put up signs to remind everyone to social distance and keep masks on at all times.
Tiger milk tea is the best
They do accept the LevelUp app if you don't like to carry your credit card.
