The maintenance done at Burbank is great. I just had an old ac removed and replaced with a new one. They always do what’s requested well.

Stayed here since summer of 2017 until June 2021, and it has been one of my favourite places to live in! Not only is management super competent and easy to communicate with, but the apartment itself was a gem. A studio with a kitchen separated form the living area, windows that reached the ceiling, a window in my bathroom which made showering in the morning so enjoyable, and most importantly its EXCELLENT location! Next to a WholeFoods and CVS, and a 5 min-walk to Newburry street and prudential center!

Thank you for your question. We do not offer any parking at Burbank Apartments. Residents with vehicles need to apply for a resident parking permit from Boston city hall. There are a couple of local garages nearby that people where residents can obtain monthly parking passes or park daily as well, but we do not have any affiliation with these garages so there are no discounts for our residents.
Burbank Apartments is in the heart of Boston’s Fenway neighborhood where parking can be a challenge, like in many neighborhoods across the city. There are public parking garages nearby.
