I don't drive go with Raj's answer. Only car charge place I know of is in near I think New Chardon in the Haymarket/North Station neighborhood near Cuppa Coffee. Sorry I couldn't be of any help.
Presume you mean the garage at PO Sq... yes, it has charging stations... in fact you made me look it up - I work right by there and didn't have an exact answer They have 9 Level 2 EV Charging Stations on the Lobby Level near the Garage Office. The Garage is part of the Chargepoint network. There is no fee to use the stations, but regular parking rates apply as you exit the Garage.
