I think the longest I've waited is two weeks from when I put in my order. I have bad eyes so my prescription are abnormally strong. I've ordered from them three times and I believe that's the longest I believe I've waited. Hope this helps.
Donald typically when I get an email confirmation from Warby Parker I can then reply from that. if you haven't received any email order confirmation you probably should call the Boston location to reconfirm and ask them about sending in your prescription.
