4 stars because they were actually able to do great complex nail design. Other then that staff isn't very friendly, will try to sell and upcharge when possible and there is a charge for using card $5 to $10 worth

Went here after seeing such good work in action before and they ruined my nail after prying my acrylic toe off with a metrocard while then explaining to me and my friend this was the only way to get it done. Though my friend had hers drilled down and removed safely. My toenail was left cracked and burning and quite brittle for many weeks. And they still made me pay full price. Continued to remain hopeful and got my manicure done and was left whelmed it was mediocre and when looked at closely rushed but tolerable. Quality has gone down, would not recommend.
