I don't come here to often but every time I do I regret it. The prices even at sale price are way higher than hobby lobby and Michaels. The customer service is the worst. When you need help on the floor it is always hard to find someone and the line at the register is always long. I went there yesterday and I paid with the touch screen card method. After doing that it said card approved, well the girl at the register said oh you haven't paid yet. I said of course I did, and she again stated that I didn't so I didn't want to argue with her and have them calling the cops on me so I paid as an obedient customer. Today I look at my bank account and I see two authorized transactions for the same amount. I ran to Joanne's to fix this problem and spoke to Tina who is the manager there with the short pink hair. Well her response to this was this was not their problem and because they were having problems yesterday with their computers there is nothing they could do. She was not one bit apologetic and was very cold and rude. I called my bank while I was there inside the store and as they were answering the phone Tina started walking away as if she didn't want to deal with this anymore and I'm like hey I would like for you to listen to what the bank has to say and she continued to walk away as I was talking to her. I went to the register and requested to speak to another manager but she was just as rude and could care less. Then a 3rd employee is walking by and yelling stuff at me like we have nothing to do with it, it was not our fault. Okay at this point the old me is telling me to curse them all out but I did not, but seriously these employees know nothing about customer service and what happened to the customer is always right? Not going to this place no more. Never had this kind of rudeness at hobby lobby or other craft store for something so small like this and if they knew they were having problems with their cashiers then why didn't they put a sign up or shut the store down instead of continuing to rob client's of their money. I'm pretty sure they robbed more people out of their money yesterday.

Okay selection, rather shop at Hobby Lobby or Michael's. Customer service, aside from the Cashiers, is non-exsistent.
