This place has definitely went down hill! Emmy has transition to reservations only even if they have no customers! if you call to make one they do not make notes or do Proper reservation procedure’s (name , date time , nail tech etc) The majority of woman walking in mentioned they all called but they had no idea who actually made a RSVP! Learn how to run a business before trying to make unsuccessful changes. Let’s not forget to mention I know the bills have to get paid and inflation but let’s talk about how overly price they went up! Do better!

I been going to this place for years because I like them but today just took me out I was charged $102 dollars for gel pedi and gel nails I dnt have tips I put acurlic on my nails because they was weak but I never paid that amount ever it was always 70 or 80 I’m not going bck I’m done

It may be cheap but the work is sloppy. My cuticles are all f*cked up. Don't think removing my old gel polish was done properly as well since my natural nails broke off one by one in the following days :( Only went to try out this salon because of the flexible hours and it was close.
