Worst hair experience of my life. I went in for a trim and blow out and left with my hair about 3 inches shorter. No blow out. For $120. If you wear your hair natural, I would not go here. If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. If you value your natural curls, do not come here. It will take me years to fix this botched job.

I was searching for my new salon home for about a year and I went to one other before trying this one, I must say I think I have now found my salon home...Let's get into the details: Excellent customer service, warm and welcoming Ambiance, and great communication! Customer Service and Communication- I originally scheduled my appointment for September 5th (Labor Day), SB: was like say what I'm off and can get my hair done! booked the appointment during the week and then by Saturday received a call, voicemail, and a text message letting me know that there was a system issue and offered some other times and dates. A few texts and a call later Vernon was super friendly and helpful and expressed apologies for the inconvenience. ( I thought ok I searched and found, I won't write them off yet, they communicated, and let's just see how it goes). I go to my appointment and there was a Welcome sign with my name on it (see photos). I didn't book anything special bc it was my first time (wash, steam treatment, trim and blow dry w/ a good 'ol bun :) ). I ended up having Deborah who is really hard to get an appointment with and she was kind and gentle (I didn't have to tell her I was "tender-headed"). Ambiance- The Salon is truly a Spa from the reclining seats at the sink to the footrest when steaming or drying. Not to mention the smaller details like a bag hook at the station and the beautiful drink holders in the waiting/drying/steaming area and the projector wall to watch something while you wait. Also, equipped with a bar! The color scheme and wording on the wall. The products used, are chemical free and smelled Oh so good! Lastly, the studio space upstairs (if you are in need book their space for your photography needs). I selected a free photo and was able to view the space. I decided to use my free photo when I go next time for my color and style. AMAZINGGGGGGG!!!! This Salon knows how to make its customers feel warm and welcomed!
