HORRIBLE ASFF! Management is horrible can’t keep a property manager. The apartment complex looks just as bad. They never call anyone back. They lie and it’s just very unprofessional. ID NEVER TRY TO LIVE HERE AGAIN! Jennifer the new “property manager” horrible as well rude as hell. They need to get rid of the whole apartment complex.

This review is about Bobby, the property manager more than the property itself. Bobby was very professional, answered in a timely fashion to emails/calls and is a honest person. I didn't move in, so I cannot rate the units or neighborhood.

I love my apartment so much , Fenner Garden is my first apartment and its perfect . Is so quiet out here all the Residents are so nice and friendly. Mrs.Jennifer is the best and so sweet i love her energy and the way she runs this neighborhood.
