I really don't want to put any stars here. This is the nastiest, most inefficient staff I've ever experienced. I have family that lives out there. Maintenance half fix stuff or not at all. They have roaches. People staying unlawfully with family. On top of children not on leases running around over top of paying tenants head on lower level apartments. They keep the pavement more groomed than the inside of the property. Don't waste your money. They'll try to keep your deposit too when you try to move out.

The property manager is extremely rude I called inquiring about a place to live and she acted like I was an I convenience to her for even calling. If you don't like your job fine but don't make it other people's problems.

You can't even bring you're family over to just chill without them assuming they're living with you and then try to kick you out. It would be nice if they would just ask. But basically my sister in law lives here with her daughters and her roommate who is on the lease, I babysit her daughters while she goes to work. After I take the oldest to school I come back and stay in her apartment to babysit her youngest who isn't in school yet, I have a daughter of my own so I bring some baby things with me and just leave them there whenever I come over to spend time with my sister in law and her kids. Well since their mother goes to work at 6 I would have to be here by 5:30 because I live all the way by the beach. I stay there till 3:30-4:00pm the latest because she comes out of work late at times and I pick her daughter up from the bus. Basically they assume, instead of asking, saying I'm living there and that I should be on the lease since they see me practically everyday there.. but I have a house of my own and I'm only there to babysit.. now they're causing a big commotion of the sort for no reason and trying to kick them out saying they're violating the lease.. basically if you have family that likes to come over all the time I suggest not renting here they'll assume things and try to kick you out without just asking..

It's always something. A certin maintenance person usually rigs thing together and or never completes repairs, always says things will replaced and it never gets replaced. Office personal takes weeks/months to follow up with you. Looking to move ASAP!
