Very loud. Since moving in trains have started coming through at Midnight and 3am almost daily and they signal both at Llewellyn and Granby. I've purchased soundproof curtains as well as a white noise machine and it still wakes me up. The flats themselves are great, but I won't be renewing my lease because of the trains.

The trains are very loud. They come at all hours of the night. We live right next to the tracks and it’s horrible. I’m glad we only have a few months left here.

I agree that the trains are loud and come at some unfortunate hours but as a new resident and a pretty decent sleeper (as opposed to a light sleeper) I haven't been woken up by them at all. I also have an air filter and fan that I turn on to ramp up the white noise for any more sensitive guests staying over.
