Great neighborhood and spacious units, but that's where the good reviews end. The management staff although slick and friendly, is underhanded, dishonest and inept - they take your deposit money and refuse to refund it even if you haven't yet signed a lease agreement and want to rescind your application. Looking at the other reviews on Google, I'm guessing Carlos has been spending his days creating fake accounts so he can leave himself all these glowing reviews, instead of actually addressing people's concerns and complaints. The management is seemingly unable or unwilling to properly assign parking stalls to tenants, maintenance of the building and grounds is abysmal, the walls are paper thin, and you can hear your upstairs neighbor's every step. The appliances are purchased second-hand and are in a poor state of repair. There is black mold in the laundry and utility rooms, and evidence of mold on the bathroom ceiling that has just been spray painted over. Ground level units are infested with bugs. The cost of utilities is hidden and charged over and above the rent. Common areas are absolutely filthy and insecure, with tenants constantly having their packages stolen or broken into. The dumpsters are regularly overflowing with trash. The security gates to the parking lot either don't work or are missing entirely, allowing members of the public to take assigned parking without any repercussions. Despite repeated promises to resolve the issues in a timely manner, you just get fed an endless string of excuses, false promises, and outright lies. Save yourself a lot of headache and don't even entertain the idea of moving into this community; you will surely regret it if you do. If I could give it zero stars, I would. By far the worst property rental experience of my life.

One reason for drawing me to this place is due to the hospitality of one of the property managers, Mr. Carlos Wilson. His professionalism and overall great customer service made me feel right at home. His detailed explanation and candor of the properties and what they had to offer made it easy for my decisions and left nothing for the imagination as to what I could expect.
