This is my first apartment ever and during the process of getting approved I was nervous of course but I was relieved when they told me I could start my move in process. The neighbors in my building are friendly, it’s nice and quiet, and I feel safe living here. I highly recommend to live here and Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Danielle are the best, they work with you when needing to make partial payments (since we are still in a pandemic), if needing maintenance they come in the same day, and even after moving in I had no issues at all. I’m excited to renew my lease with them again this upcoming year!!

All in all I have to say I like it here. I have only been here for two months but my experience here has been good thus far. I have lived in other older apartment buildings like this one and I have to say it really seems like they take care of the buildings and the landscape. I really appreciate that because the place I use to live at was horrible. They were the very definition of slumlords. I love my apartment here. Tiffany in the office is very attentive to any needs I may have and very helpful. The laundry room is almost just like going to a laundromat minus the laundry attendant! Very nice and clean in there. This place has charm being that it's an older complex. I like the location as well. Just a short distance from Downtown, I-64, I-264, and Ocean View, etc. It doesn't take much to please me. Whatever you're doing keep doing it because it works and it looks good here considering how old the buildings are.

The leasing office Manager is very disrespectful to the point where she doesn't want to deal with the responsibility of a Manager, and is very rude. When it comes to the staff and maintenance team. The office staff minus the Manager isn't bad. The maintenance crew is the real problem, as a mechanic I understand how hard the job can be but without structure we are left with how the people operate here. Smoking everywhere they work, doing jobs halfway. As a tenant I see the unprofessional relationships the Manager has with the maintenance crew and its like children running free with the authority to do as they please in people's apartments.

I have been living here for several years now. I recently moved into a new unit and they are gorgeous with black appliances. I love the open space. Th neighbors and neighborhood is great. I feel safe and right at home. The office staff are friendly, respectful and they are fast at getting at getting the maintenance service calls completed. I would recommend Talbotbpark Apartments.
