Do not rent the car from Dollar LAX, they charged us deposit plus empty tank, when we returned the car they charged for empty tank again without telling and didn't return the deposit.

I was charged a $200.00 deposit that was not mentioned at the time I picked the vehicle up nor when I booked car. The deposit was returned after I returned the vehicle. If a deposit is a requirement it should be explaned before you sign the rental contract. Also there could be a sign at the counter stating their deposit policy and amount.

I knew on arrival about the 200 usd deposit, what I didn't know I'll be charged twice for fuel and my deposit hasn't been returned for almost a month now without explanation, I contacted their customer service and got only a generic message about them getting back within 5 days, this was 2 weeks ago.
