DO NOT GO HERE!!! The staff are so rude during pick up and drop off. The Camry they gave me was disgusting and dirty. The online reservation amount was for 281$ (I purchased the 15$ toll fee pass and didn’t bring back full tank (which is my fault so fine) that’s 75$ extra. So 281 + 15 + 75 somehow my bill on my credit card was 529$$ ?! They were busy and the lady at the front desk said she’d email me a receipt and I’m all set. I wish I checked my statement before I left!! 158$ in extra fees with no explanation? I’m not paying that. My credit card company will have to dispute the fees. They also definitely sell your information. I keep getting all these California spam calls since a day after I got the car. (I’m from NY). Go elsewhere !! I’ve never had this happen to me with enterprise. They’re great.

I wrote a review earlier but unfortunately it was not posted for some reason. Thanks again to Jessica who made this transaction very easy. The car was fantastic, and fun to drive. We came for Disney but I had as much fun on the roads with this car. The office was small but they allowed my family to wait in the air conditioned vehicle while I did the paperwork. The office is located away from the airport but the constant free bus service made the short trip carefree.( I wouldn't want to drive near the LA airport anyways.) I believe many of the negative reviews were left by rival companies as myself and the other couple in front of me received our vehicle in no time.

DO NOT RENT, THEY ARE SNEAKING AND TRY TO KEEP DEPOSIT! I would give them negative stars if i could. I returned the car cleaner than i got it. I literally went to a car wash and vaccumed to make sure i gave it back nice and clean, and also returned in exact condition i received it. I even gave it back with more gas as well! Last time i try to be nice, in the end they decided to keep my deposit and when i tried calling multiple times to clear up the situation it went to voice mail. Did they return my call? Nope. Cause they wanna wrongfully keep my money. I put a dispute to my card company for investigation and also asked that they are removed from our members list for an option as rental. They agreed, so this place is going to be blacklisted from my cards membership travel options. Also if they want to dispute keeping my deposit, we are more than happy to ask the hotel for their security recordings of me driving the car back in showing its condition.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had renting a car, Period. We rented a Jeep, after being there for over an hour in line and the heat we finally got into the vehicle. It was good for a few days and then all of the coolant leaked out and the Jeep overheated and died in Ventura. Priceless REFUSED to help us get back to LA. They REFUSED to call us a tow truck. They made us arrange for the Jeep to be towed to dodge in Ventura and then WE had to arrange our own Uber back to Los Angeles on our own dime. Then we got back to Priceless, waited another hour to get another vehicle. They REFUSE to give us our deposit back or cover the tow/Uber costs. They were incredibly rude, unhelpful and disorganized. I just give up, they don’t care. PLEASE DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM HERE. It’s not worth the cheaper costs.

We learned the hard way ourselves on August 16 2019 when we went to get our rental. This young man had no clue how to retrieve our reservation until a young lady step in to help in after she finished helping another customer. Then they wanted to charge us a lot more money to get a RAV 4 to accommodate the 4 of us and the luggages. Fortunately, the manager came in ro save the day. After an hour later, we were on our way from their cramped office at top of Rennausance hotel garage. However, they failed to tell us to use parking pass in the car to open the gate to leave. I have to leave my family in the car and when back to the roof to ask them how to get out. The lesson learned is to book your car rental with reputable companies with their courtesy bus to pick you up from LAX such as Enterprise, Hertz etc.
my cousin rented from them. they were reasonable. rent car 5 day for low amount and low deposit and lot of free miles
