I had a great experience from online reservation all the way through the return. Avis usually beats out the competition in price anytime im looking to reserve a car. This was my first time at this particular location. The pick up was fast and hassle free. The guy who did a walk through of the car with me was thorough and polite. I will definitely be renting from this Avis again.

Not the best avis location. They have some new guy working who is unprofessional . The cars are always dirty and never cleaned. I’ve rented from them 3 times because of low prices, but this will be my last time due to the condition of the car when I received it.

There is no shuttle, this location is in central LA; it’s very far from the airport.

I was there last month, got a Cruze (intermediate). The smaller cars I saw on the lot were Fiesta and Focus.
