I rented for 872 for a year increased 50. The next year. Or rather 17 months they didn't fo a year to year. Didn't have to put a huge deposit to move in either.
Utilities are not included at Studio Parc.
If I'm not mistaken the cheapest rent there is 1200 and that's for a one bedroom
