This place isn't even worthy of one star. Had to put a star in order to make the post. Experiences vary from person to person but unfortunately, my residency was not pleasant. Car was vandalized twice, neighbors apartment broken into, gun shots fired in hallway, unrestricted dog breeds, bullet casings on sidewalk, late night music blasting exceeding a disrespectful volume and most recently someone was shot and killed in an adjacent unit. Needless to say I moved. Considering how much it costs to live here hopefully the property will enforce more security. Potential tenant tip. Check crimes statictic or area at police department. Happy moving!

My family and I have been trying to relocate to Orlando and we never had a great experience until God put Brandon in our path. Brandon has been so helpful and kind. He walked us through the process and never left us waiting for longtime. It has been a great experience. Soon, we will be going to tour the unit in person, but the 360*tour on the website has helped us through the long distance. Brandon was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions. He had multiple people come in and was the only working and still maintained his level of professionalism and never rushed anyone despite others waiting. I wish I had been able to get a physical tour but that is no fault of Brandon’s as there was none vacant to tour and he was the only agent working.

Packages here at Residences at West Place are handled by the carrier. They will go to the resident's door step or in their mailbox, if you have a large package you will have a key to a bigger mailbox. We in the office do not accept any packages due to COVID-19.
