DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Lakeshia the manger does not reply to work order she does not call to provide updates she does not reply back to emails. Corporate does not reply either he is at lunch alll day and unable to assist his only response is did you speak to the office manager . Every unit in my building has mold my unit leaks from the roof from the ac even brought down the roof in the laundry and molded the wood and connections by the ac . Put in a work order a month ago and below is the end result of maintenance fixing 1/4 problems. I never got any answer but an election letter saying if I don’t pay to leave. Also be aware your not safe they lost my house key and stated a week later they were unable to fix the problem because they misplaced the key to my unit .

Poorly managed they never answer the phone calls, emails also.Takes over 3 weeks without AC, I have to take my family to my wife’s house every night for sleeping the rent is high and is going up. Maintenance staff are lier they don’t even know what they do. From now the temperature inside the house is 90 degrees and smell bad this is insane ta stay live in that situation for almost a month in this summer 😡

The overall apartment is exactly what I imagined it to be. The pictures of the apartments is exactly how it looks in the photo provided. The location of the complex is in a convenient area, everything is close by. I don’t really call for maintenance much but when I do need their assistance their response time is amazing. The only thing I am not pleased with is the customer service from the office . For starters no one ever answers the phone, you probably have a better chance of emailing them. When I moved in I was told the wrong amount for my monthly rent. I never got an apology for it just a “maybe there was a misunderstanding”. When I applied for this apartment I expected to move into a gated community. When I first moved in the gates were broken and then shortly after they were working again. A few days later they were broken again and til this day they are still broken. I’ve been living here since November of 2021. I’ve also been having a bad issue with bees on the first floor of the building, the property manager Lakeisha has had a bad attitude in regards to this issue from the first time I approached them about it because I am allergic. I wish they would understand how this issue is a liability and would treat it as such. The office is the face of the complex so customer service should be there number 1 thing unfortunately it isn’t. Aside from those issues, I have nothing bad to say about Millenia West. It’s probably one of the best apartment complex in the area.

Roaches are everywhere

Millenia west is not a bad apartment complex to live in the only problem im having so far is my neabours up steirs. Try not to get a first floor because the ppl above you there apartment is not carpet and it will be noisy for you on the first floor. I have to get up at 3am every morning and sometime I dont get enough sleep.

I dont work at the office. I live there. They do have studio, 1-2-3-bedroom apts. I woild not know if they have anything available.
