It's definitely not a bad area. The apartments themselves are pretty good with a few major flaws (their plumbing sucks and good luck parking), but the best part about it is that everything you need is close by. It's a mixed use area, so you've got apartments surrounded by a ton of stores and restaurants. Whether you choose this complex or not, definitely look in this area.

Any parking spot and sometimes you will find a spot 6 min away from your apartment

I'm paying $1,400 for a 1/1 and they want to raise my price even higher for my next leasing contract
