Hello Gavin, We have three finishes for our floor plans. The classic finishes are featured on the website. They have upgraded lighting and bath fixtures and feature original whitewashed oak style cabinetry and dark counter-tops. Deluxe finishes (also on the website) include a light granite counter-top with espresso cabinets and stainless steel handle pulls. In addition to the classic upgrades they also feature upgraded kitchen faucets, sinks, toilets and light switches. The deluxe remodel was performed prior to 2017. We also have the Luxury package that is coming soon and is still evolving but we should have preview of materials and availability projects available to discuss with future residents by Mid to Late February.
