Building 2 our door keypad has been broken for months so they just leave it unlocked. Has been reported but Soltice DOES NOT CARE! Random people just wander in and homeless so the hallways smell like a urinal. Safety and security is not a priority here. I pray every day I don't get kilt in the hallway.

Beautiful apartments and wonderful location. They have awesome staff. Very responsive. I was moving from a different state and could not do the in-person tour. However, opting for this apartment is one of our best decisions so far. Walking distance from premium outlets/ grocery stores/ fast foods. Beautiful, nice and calm community. Special Shoutout to the Josie and Rafael for making our lease signing a pleasant experience. I was reaching out to multiple apartments in Orlando area but none of the others responded as diligently as Josie and Rafael. Excited to be part of this splendid community and looking forward to making life cherishing memories here.

It is a beautiful complex but they are definitely on a budget slash. Only one leasing agent in the entire complex that has very little customer service. It was the most uncomfortable and annoying tour and quote that I had to experience. Not friendly at all, little information and little desire to show the place to a possible new resident. In addition to this, the corridors were dirty and he could not tell us how regularly the common areas were cleaned. The apartment we saw had an unpleasant and unbearable smell and it was the bathroom with feces… no apology or comment they just don't care. The coffee place in the club house was closed the two days we were there. The office closes every time Rafael does a tour. The printer is broken, people have to wait for someone from the office to print them and since there is only one person, they make them wait an hour. A pity that with so much potential I know of this situation we were ready to apply but luckily we saw all this in time

Went to visit the apartments with a online appointment. I called previously to confirm and no one answers. Once arrived, the leasing agent was ignoring us for 25 minutes. Another one came but was helping another customer. The lady who was ignoring us said “Hello” told us to wait and then locked her door even though I see her ignoring me through the glass. Very poor service. Wasted an hour for nothing. Went to the next appointment and they helped us within minutes and gave us a guided tour with friendly service.
