I really like this place, i do! The only issue i have is the resident that lives above me. They are not the softest walkers. The fact that know I where they are in the apartment at all times is annoying. They walk around the apartment as if they are in a marching band, they are extremely clumsy, and at this point they are just plain ole inconsiderate. I have expressed my concerns to the leasing office via email with no response, which i am disappointed about. I have spoke to someone in the leasing office about it and was told "well you live in an apartment, your'e going to hear extra noise"; WELL, IVE LIVED IN APARTMENTS BEFORE, AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IVE EVER HAD THIS ISSUE! They claimed they reached out to the resident, but i learned that that was not true. Ive attempted to handle the situation on my own by addressing the resident myself, and though they let up on the noise a bit, it is still on going. I have honestly had to resort to sleeping with ear plugs because of the residents above me. :)
