AWESOME!!!!!! Maintenance guys are just that AWESOME, don't lose these guys. All of them are great, but this is about this service done, and Loved the service. I feel like I had 2 cousins visiting, they were very professionals, but at the same time very informative and super friendly. they told me everything that was wrong , they showed me the piece and explained why and how they changed it. Very smart guys. I LOVE THIS PLACE. I read some reviews and let me tell you 98% are not true and were written maybe upset for something else or with someone else. the only thing I can say is that you can hear ONLY IF THEY ARE YELLING your neighbor and I haven't hear anything since I live here. but that happens in most of the apt buildings everywhere OH and they have storage rooms which was a blessed for me since I moved from a 4/2 house and are big and cheap. Thank you!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It's so dirty. The hallways reek of marijuana smell, the floors are so dirty and the carpet is very dark from filth. It's embarrassing to bring guests. There was a leak from our windows in the living room that stained my couch, curtains and windowsill. It took them months to address it. Who knows what kind of mold we were breathing in. The fob was also broken for months so anyone could get into the apartment complex. Very disappointed that they advertise as "luxury apartments" when it's anything but that.

Joanna, the assistant manager, came to help us today and she was so sweet. The office staff where out doing a tour so she came out to help us and gave us a tour. It is a beautiful property! I chose a different place but definitely had a great experience here! Thank you so much!!
