I have life in a lot of places but this administration is the worst of the worst. 1 they do not do preventive maintenance. Takes months and you be in top of them because they "never have staff" 2 the employees are very unprofessional. 3 they want to chamge you $40 to pay rent in the website and they do not take money orders so is a hassle every month to pay. 4. The office phone is 5 days out of the week unopetative and they do never reply messages in the community portal doesn't matter how many times you write them. 5. They must have some scam going on how can facilities as laundry has not light because they don't pay the light bill. Residents don't have that. 6. They charge you for a electronic door every month and this does not work. 7 talking about pets problems you also have to beg them to have pest control services. 8. Property manager is alway busy and cannot talk to you, mind you do not reply emails. Let me mention rent is not cheap but you definitely do not get money worth. Go somewhere.

I am currently a tenant of this place and not long ago they changed owners and the service is getting worse and worse. They don't have maintenance guys, right now I've been without AC for 2 weeks and they haven't fixed it. About 1 month ago it had been damaged and I lasted 2 more weeks and it was because I knew one of the employees who helped me because otherwise it would have been 1 month of waiting (and currently I think that they are going that way to fix it). If you are considering moving here turn around and find another place as it is currently not worth living here. The apartments are falling apart and they are sold to you as remodeled, there is garbage everywhere, terrible maintenance service (of course if there is not). Dear owners, if you see this, get serious and give a good service to those of us who live here because I am not the only one who is going through this same situation in this place. They raised the price to have a bad service.

Well I'm pretty sure I just came here to visit someone but what time being while I was there? I would honestly say that if I had a choice to live somewhere it would never be here. There was just a lot of things that I saw the kind of media uncomfortable, especially the traffic that was at night. It's okay to be a little ratchet, but it's not okay to have 30 grounds. It's not okay for them to not keep up with certain things inside of their apartments, but you know to each his own. I don't know what the extent to their leases or what they cover and don't cover. I’ve been reaching out for two and a half weeks via telephone, email and their secure chat and I have not received ANY RESPONSES BACK YET. This is completely unprofessional. All of the comments that says this company reaches back out to you fast is a lie! They do not and I am living proof of that

I live at the property I never call. Best time to go if after 2 whenever I go that time someone is there. They come back from lunch by 1:30.
They do the deposit is just a little bit more, and it can depend also how long ago you had the eviction
