Worst management team ever! They’ll charge for everything. If you have a pet definitely don’t consider moving here. They’ll charge for a deposit but at the end everything that has to be change in the apartment they’ll charge you for it. Plus the deposit the 300$ plus monthly fee that you pay for your pets are not considered for anything. On top of that you can’t never find any amenities open. Also forgot to add that my car was opened by thieves and they stole things from my car 3 times, I notified to the management and they just told me to make sure that my car is locked which I also leave my car locked.I tried to warned the other residents by the portal and they deleted my comment. My fiancé’s car was also opened and they stole very important documents. They do have security but they are there just to tell you to leave the amenities. My car would still be tried to be open and stole things from it. The grill it can only be used until like 6:00 PM and some of them don’t even work. They charge 100$ monthly for a RV or a boat spot. Which I think it’s crazy expensive. Lastly from what I can remember, we used to live on a 4th floor and almost every Sunday the elevator wouldn’t work. We needed to wait until Monday or Tuesday for the elevator go be fixed.
