I moved out June 30th, I still waiting for my deposit refund, I had called 5 times, everything I call the lady has to check with her manager because she does not have access to anything, you ask a question and she leaves the phone without even saying hold on. Every time I call, they say they will check and call me back, they never do, after 3 days calling finally she asked me if I received my statement, which I haven't but I already had this conversation last month. I have the feeling they will give me a pretty random excuse to take my deposit. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE

There has been serious issues going around the apartments. Yesterday, early morning at 4:30am, there was loud and aggressive knocks on my door apartment. That made me awake and then again at 5:30am!?! What the heck was that? There was no sign of security such as camera and security guard at all and they don’t even care to think about it. Please upgrade the security system as there were many people lost their tires after waking up the last couple months. Seriously!! Take some action and responsibility!
