I would honestly say thanks to the Portofino team for always putting my needs as a resident first. Help was always offered and on top of that the Portofino team came through during and after the pandemic! Kellyann and Ericka are such hard working women and truly pay attention to every detail! I am in Florida relocating and was prepared to secure an Apartment today. Was excited about Portofino. Planned on filling out and signing off. I understood there were no apartments they can show me and my move in date is a few weeks away. Totally fine. I asked if I could at least see the building and the outside of the unit so I could make sure I liked the location. I was told NO. No one is allowed inside unless you are a tenant, for safety reasons. Well needless to say I am not choosing Portofino. For over $2500 a month I would think they could show me the outside of a potential rental. They said once its all paid and approved I could go look. I wont be back! No thanks
