I have lived here with my boyfriend since May. I have to say this is an amazing complex with great staff. The application process was easy and the staff in the office were quick in answering any questions I had. Maintenance also does an amazing job at fixing any issues there are. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. I also enjoy that there are different events each month at the complex like movie nights and food trucks. The Park at Venosa is an amazing apartment complex filled with helpful staff.

Park at Venosa is wonderful community. The staff is great and does a great job of fostering a family environment. Units were recently upgraded; new appliances, lights fixtures, backsplash, cabinetry and a shower head... now that touched me! I like the fact that new management does what they say they are going to do. Maintenance is timely, nice and expertly maintains grounds. Parking is a bit of a challenge, however, they have the best price in town and the units reflect a great price.

The park at venosa is the greatest decision i made by moving in. The place is quite, great staff and good maintenance. I would like to recommend everyone to move in and enjoy this beautiful place
