Community has some questionable people. Breezeways (hallways to get to apartments) are no smoking zone but guys are usually smoking marijuana by the stairs. I even saw a group of men smoking marijuana in the park.... but for the most part it is quiet. There are lots of kids around, you see them all after school playing, I think its sweet..... Gotta keep your packages though. I have a ring doorbell and my neighbor had a package out and there was a guy who kept passing by looking at their package. Shania is great in the office. She helped me through every part of my process to move in even before I moved in. She is prompt to answer emails too. I like the location of the apartments a lot. Everything is super close. Other then the questionable guys, I don't have any other complaints to be honest... but I literally moved in a week ago.

It goes by income, if you make an X amount of money too much, they won't take you in.

You might have to just go to the office because it's difficult sometimes to get in touch with them via phone... They go by appointments only Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. But they're opened on Wednesdays without an appointment. So you should just go to the office tomorrow if you want talk to someone about that ASAP.

Seems a little excessive to me! Did they give you an explanation as to where the funds were going? Or why was it so high?

I suggest you to looking for another option the process with Vista Pine is from de Concord administration. Is the worst administration in orlando and tricky there will not available apartments but they going to charge you money for the process they are going to request a lot of documents then you have to wait. For star there is not apartments available but there are going to make everything to put you in waiting list but for that you have to pay and do all the process actually They don't talk to you clear and if you are not eligible they are going to still request more documents for not return to you the money. When you can use that money for another apartment you have there in stanby so you will lose it. They said something in the begining and another after too. The construction are made with paper so be sure to leave in a huracan advise and remember apartments of paper you will not have privacy because you hear everything. Don't see the stars rate they are the kings of the tricks.

They dont have any one bed available. Three and four bed, they do. I believe their waiting list is until end of summer 2018. Not housing, but can't make over a certain amount per year to live there. Their waiting list is very long though. (Concord Rents) Next year end of summer is what they are taking applications for. Us a new apartment communuty. 32825
