Pros: Location, & I met my wife here. Cons: Management, cheap construction, unfair housing practices. I moved in in early 2014, and lived there for 4 years. I loved living in the area, and met many great folks while there, including the beautiful woman that I would later marry. However, the management & corporate staff were lazy, incompetent, and careless. I personally witnessed Kelly, the regional manager, disparage the property manager in front of me, more than once. Additionally, I witnessed an assault on the premises, and saw the property manager blame the victim - for no reason. It would appear that things have gotten better in the four years since we moved on, but, from a management perspective, it couldn’t have been worse.

My husband and I relocated from the west coast late last year. We were referred to Riverwalk by a friend who had lived in the Townhomes abs loved it. I called and Jayme helped me find an apartment sight unseen. She placed on a waiting list for a Townhome (into which we recently transferred!) and we couldn’t be happier. I had several questions and she was patient and helpful with each call and email. Our move was seamless and while we had a few very minor maintenance issues over the past 10 months, James has always promptly attended to them and remedied all issues quickly. The community is a great one, only a block from Downtown Old Milford which has great restaurants, shops and bars and sits on the Little Miami River where you can hang out, canoe and float. Highly recommend!

We have really enjoyed living here for the past three years. The location is great with lots of local restaurants and boutiques, it is very walkable and is along the river and bike trail. Our row house is very spacious and we really like the attached garage. We also love the community feel that Riverwalk has provided. The property manager, Jaymie, is very helpful and always quick to respond to emails and calls. She is very thorough when answering questions and addressing concerns. Daniel, the maintenance person, is very professional. He is knowledgable and has been able to diagnose and quickly repair any problems we have had. During covid, he has taken care to wear a mask and follow safety protocols. We have found him to always be polite and helpful, even with small request like getting touch up paint.
