Applied and paid application fees $190 to be exact just to never hear anything from the property not to mention the number on google is either no good or fake no matter the time of day you call you get an automated message saying that they’re on the phone there’s so much going on around the world and you still have people like them running off with your money

Each and every apartment at Tzadik Management Apartments are Rat infested. Mold under the paint. Regional Manager (Pam) And Assisting manager (Kelly) are liars... correct I said liars. DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! Worst Management in Central Florida.

Management is quick to give you letters after letters but don’t come fix anything . You pay large sum of money for nothing at all. Rats will eventually invade your apartments because they are in the walls and they do not have pest control.

Why so we have pools and can't use them? Why can't we socialize as a community? Why does it feel like we are living in a camp and in hiding? Why can't we use the sidewalks and breezeway because they are "private property"
