I have had issues with my lower back for years, but I have not kept physically fit and as I age they seem to be getting worse. I went to Dr. Kubo for an assessment and treatment and after two weeks I am feeling so much better. He's teaching me ways to increase muscle strength and move properly so I am not continually injuring myself. He is thorough and detailed. He customized treatments for my particular issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Kubo for all of your chiropractic needs. It's nice to have pain relief without medication!

I am a college athlete now, but have struggled for years with back pain, and shoulder pain. However, Doctor Kubo has helped with that tremendously. He is not just a normal chiropractor that cracks your back and sends you on your way. One of the best things is that he does is spends extra time with you to figure out the source of the hurting, then gives you exercises like physical therapy to help you. But also gives you that initial relief from doing adjustments. All while being affordable as well. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for an absolutely amazing chiropractor, Doctor Kubo is your man. I have been to many chiropractors and they are all the same. Come in for 10-15 minutes, they crack your neck and back and you are on your way out. And you start off doing that for 3 days for a couple weeks, then you feel better and can move down to 2 days a week and so on. Dr. Kubo has a different and a 100% better approach to get your body back together. He gives you the tools and knowledge to eventually not NEED to go to him multiple times a week. Not only does he create a specific treatment plan for you, he teaches you. He taught me multiple exercises to do each week to help build strength in my core and other problem areas. Along with the adjustments we would do exercises during our session and find areas I would need to focus on. My back has never felt better! I got to the point where I don't need to see him if I don't want to, but of course I will get a touch up whenever I need it! It is great to support someone local and someone that does so much for our community. Anytime I hear someone needing a chiropractor, I always suggest Dr. Kubo! You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Kubo is absolutely awesome. He genuinely cares about his patients and never tries to sell you on additional treatments that wouldn't be directly beneficial to your health improvement. I have had knee damage for several years, and Dr. Kubo has helped me immensely in strengthening my muscles and learning to move better.
