The drive thru was long as ever. But at least they were moving slowly they were much better than the other one i sat at for 30 mins before coming to this one amd i moved 1 time in 30 mins. But the lady at this location was nice and had a smile and i appreciate that. Thank u

Food was good, the downside was that my pickup time was set and I could forgive 5-10 minutes extra but they took 30 minutes with cars arriving after getting their food first. Great place but expect a wait.

Positively the worst restaurant to try and get something to eat. The high level of absolute incompetence over the last decade is the only consistent thing here. You'd think at least once over numerous visits (repeated hopes in changes in management or crew) over a decade that just by chance they would provide a minimum level of customer service just once, but no.

We normally have a great experience here, but not this time. I work graveyard shift and usually our visits here (no matter the time of day) are great. This last visit was very disappointing. The restaurant had no customers before us in drive thru and when we paid at the window they didn't inform us that it'd be a long wait. They just took our money and closed the door. We didn't get our drinks and had to wait. We tried knocking on the window and blowing the horn and it took someone forever to come to the window. By that time they were getting more customers behind us in the drive thru line. They finally gave us our food and then when they closed the window back my husband had to try getting their attention again. There were 5 cups sitting on the counter full of drinks. When someone came to the window again my husband had to remind the person that they never gave us our drinks!! And the person grabbed 2 of the drinks that had been sitting on the counter for about 10mins.... very disappointing because our ice had melted and the sides of the cups were damp with perspiration. Then when I opened my chicken strip box the large fries that I had ordered were all tumbled over into the box and once I put them all back in, the fries didn't even fill up the little fries box. The fries and strips were also very hard and I had to throw several fries away because I just couldn't chew them. I'm not sure if the staff was having a rough night, but I was very disappointed in the service.
