The manager on duty at 7:30 p.m. in July 7, 2022, is awful on customer service. If she isn’t happy with her position in customer service she should most likely look to find a job that doesn’t require her to work with other people. Custodial work or landscaping. But to project negativity within an organization is not becoming. To the magnitude she is not a good problem solver says a lot about her lack of education. Not everyone should be where they are at and need to seek opportunities that would better make them happy.

My husband got us lunch and ordered from the BK app. We love the app and it's never been easier to get our food fast, delicious and while saving money!! I ordered the Impossible Burger (customized due to my food allergies) and got the onion rings for $1 with the BK app deals! We'll definitely be back!!

Awful awful, 15 minute wait (I was the third car in line). This location is usually busy but not tonight. Not only were the fries cold they didn't give me my nuggets (was nice enough to give me the sauce though. Didn't have time to return to restaurant had an appt.) This is not just a problem at this location, every fast food restaurant is so slow and staff either isn't trained or staff doesn't care about customer service any longer. I'm sorry but I think this was the last straw I think I'm done paying for bad service.
