Very unprofessional, the manager with the gold teeth didn’t even understand how the rewards program worked. He kept telling me I didn’t select an item for a reward. Clearly not understanding how the app works. You don’t select anything, they scan your barcode. They should train their employees and he is the manager. Took my rewards and I paid full price! Then another employee walks up and says she said there were no rewards. It took it off. He didn’t even think I selected a reward. Then said I told her she didn’t. A totally different story. He doesn’t know for sure. The manager needs training on professionalism and how the entire restaurant operates. I had to explain several times and clearly he still didn’t understand.

Drive thru order. Cashier was "EXTREMELY RUDE" over the speaker, and then told me that the speaker was not working properly. Ordered 3 different burgers. Each one was different. Total of order was $24 & change. Totally disgusted & dissatisfied. Your YOUNG Black Female needs some more training in the Customer service area. The food is too expensive to be talked to in such a manner. I'm a soon to be 66 years old in 3 months. The food is normally good.I think I will have to find other options to choose from as far as burgers are concerned. 🤬😠😕😩😵😵😵

A true Texan entity....Whataburger is not only known for its burgers but more. Try the Dr. Pepper shake or the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich or perhaps the Whataburger Patty Melt. They are all good. Visit them today!

I always like to visit these locations more than once because on one visit I had a great experience food hot and fresh great customer service this time when I went I still had great customer service the only problem was whoever was cooking the burger put my patio on upside down and I am going to show the pictures I don't know how you can mistakenly put the Patty upside down where the cheese is actually on the opposite side of the bun I have included the picture so you can see it I just really believe that this location needs to really thoroughly look at the workers and their background before they hire them and start sending anything out of the window
