Great location for a greyhound spot with lots of things near by and it was clean one of the better stops made by greyhound for sure

I would recommend any other mode of transportation before greyhound, one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. On our way to our destination the bus got a flat tire and we had to wait on the side of the rode for over an hour for the mechanic to come. On our way home from our destination, there was some kind of mess up or miscommunication that lead us to be delayed by 3 hours (we sat on the bus not moving for 3 hours). Also no one was wearing masks which is supposed to be a requirement. And they don’t give refunds!!!

I'm not sure on where to even begin. I'm currently disabled and in a wheelchair. I was in a major head on collision car accident and had to undergo multiple major surgeries. The 2 bus driver I have had on this trip so far and I'm not even 1/3 of the way done yet. They spend more time looking at their phones and swerving all over the road than they do looking at the road. My ticket wasn't booked as disabled so when the drive found that out his attitudes was so ridiculous I can even describe it. So I just maned up and basically carried myself up the stairs because he didn't want to have to use the chair lift. Among many other situations where peoples right were seriously violated. The bus drivers are just completely unprofessional and straight up mean. One of the worst experiences of my life.
