ER needs IMMEDIATE help. Front desk was Courteous and helpful. Nurses were OK but the blood and urine samples taken by nurse were laid on the counter for about an hour until I said something about them taking it to run test. The doctor came in and asked my husband what was wrong, Husband just said that he possibly might have food poisoning because he has severe abdominal pain but he wasn’t sure, and the doctor just ran with it and said yeah sounds like food poisoning so what does he want him to do cause nothing they can do..Like you are the doctor you’re supposed to diagnose and tell the patient what they’re needing you don’t ask them what they want them to do. I get that theirs nothing to give the patient for food poisoning but run the test, do a scan of the abdominal just to properly diagnosed your patients. He right away just offered to give him an excuse for work for the next two days. I ask the doctor if they can run a CT scan on him just to be on the safe side(which he seem bothered that I asked, but you just can’t assume if he has been having severe pain for the past 2 days)if I wouldn’t suggest that it wouldn’t have been done! So unprofessional and felt rushed. Yeah diff not coming back to this hospital ever again. Also this hospital needs alittle pick me up(especially) in the ER rooms. Rooms looked filthy, broken cabinet doors with paint chipped from the cabinets. Laundry(as far as blanks and gowns were piled high in the rooms). You can obviously tell they don’t care.

I would like to recognize these two nurses for their compassion and respect they deserve, Cheryl Cummingham and new nurse in training Precious Holmes (3rd floor) Precious, has great skills with the needle, I didn't feel anything. Also Sandra Dean (rounder) small things sometimes doesn't get recognized appreciate those warm washcloths to wash my face and hands. Ladies you ROCK!!! The room I was in I was watching the TV the picture went out but the sound continue to play took 35-40 minutes to turn back on.Also don't staff in the emergency room needs more training with putting in an IV ASAP hand swelled. Theirs a room in the emergency room that's extremely cold staff tells you they don't know why this room is extremely cold if these issues get address I would have given 5 ⭐thank you

I didn't feel welcomed by the PA. I give it a 5 start because the whole staff (besides PA) treated me very well. They were all very professional. Dr Taha and an OB doctor who performed surgery on me were great. Both sweet doctors. The OR nurses and the nurses on the floor including triage were amazing. I am finally home recuperating and happy with the way they took care of me. Thank You ❤️🌷

This team of healthcare workers is phenomenal. The caring and friendly staff make for a pleasant experience every time I visit. There typically is no waiting in the emergency room and the floor nursing staff is always courteous. I really appreciate how the cleaning crew works continuously to keep the hospital pristine. The case management team really listens to my concerns and help to get me what I need. I really appreciate the staff at Dallas Regional. It must be a great place to work because the employees are so outgoing and friendly. They must be happy!

They also misdiagnosed me told me I had a UTI and they did not send the medication into the Kroger for me and I ended up going to big Baylor and having sepsis and had all kinds of needles and infection medicine going through me for 3 weeks not happy with them
