I moved recently (2 months ago) to building 5 and the elevator has been a nightmare. Just the day I moved in, the elevator wasn't working and the movers have to take all my furniture and personal belongings through the stairs to the 3rd floor costing me more money since the movers charge by the hour. Every weekend the elevator stops working at some point and sometimes during the week. Also, the gates to the complex are wide open 24 hours since they don't work either. They keep saying during the 2 months that I've been there that supposedly it is the storms or the manufacturer that doesn't have the faulty part needed because it is in back order or some excuse like that. I know one of the neighbors decided to move out of that building because she was living on the 4th floor and couldn't take it anymore. I've have been very patient before writing this review to give them a chance but this is totally unacceptable for a complex that it is supposed to be "Unparalleled Luxury" "100% Satisfaction Rate" as shown in their website. I do want to clarify that that at least some of the staff, Daisy and Paul, have been very helpful and kind and I know that they're doing their best to deal with these issues which is out of their control of course.

Christian is definitely an integral part of the Arcadia team and one of the reasons why I choose Arcadia as my home from other apartment complexes. He was always available to show me various apartments until I found the perfect one that suited my needs and style. Any concerns or questions I had were followed up in a quick and timely manner. Absolutely wonderful!

They use fetch for deliveries which is 20 dolars extra per month and you have yo use a different address. So you can send anything directly to your apartment. Your package has to arrive at a fetch facilities and they will deliver next day at best. Sometimes yhey leave it the door Sometimes they dont. Forget about using amazon. Im considering juat not delivering anything to my address. I have automatic payment and they still send me letters I own them money for some unexplained reason to over charge (money grabs) They wanna restric pool use so you could not have 3 visitos unless you pay to separate a pool spot. The movie area cost 100$ per use for a couple hours therefore no one uses it. Trash collection company is trash.ans they wanna charge extra if you leave the trash can outside of your apartment even though the trash company its supposed to pick it up and Sometimes wont. Walls inside the building lack painting Toilet covers are painted and not replaced and it shows. Light fixtures have problems. They increase their year per year rent too much like how i that even legal. Dryer sounds like an orchestra. Even the AC sound like a hurricane can barely talk with that noise.

I stopped by to shop the comps for the area and Whitney was so kind and didn’t rush me! She gave me a tour of the whole property- amenities included! She was very helpful in answering all my questions as well!
