It's a good place to take a walk. Get some inspiration for home decor. Members get free coffee, so it's great to take a break after walking around and calm down from the passion of shopping. Then go downstairs to get what we really need. It's too bad that a lot of stuff is out of stock, and the kids center is closed due to the pandemic. My son loves the kids center there.

Shopping carts suck. They're like drunk driving. Annoying caster wheel design. There ARE maps and shopping lists provided, with pencil, and the start of your... adventure. Make use of them, so you don't get sucked into the vast black hole of furniture and stuff. Food court is good, for the price. "The" meatballs are tender, but nothing really special. Interior decor and item selection are nice, lots of options and variety. None of which are particularly high quality, but you know where you're shopping; you don't need a review to tell you what you pay is a what you get. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. 3/5 overall.

Due to the pandemic, they were out of stock on most cabinets. However, I did get a great nightstand and other items for the house. I went on a week night and it wasn't busy.

We have been coming to this Ikea for many years! Before covid it was always stocked up. Now it's backorder pretty often. I was last at the store a few days ago on a Saturday because I got a notification text that a bed frame I was looking for had finally come in stock. Sure enough we got there and they had it! We also wanted a dresser but that had been sold out that day! EVERY SINGLE employee was great with their customer service and very informative. All furniture stores are low stocked right now so I don't expect Ikea to somehow magically not be as well. They still had their food court open along with most other small items available. Can't wait to get the dresser when it comes in!

Yes. Also elevator and handicap parking.
Yes. They even bring it out and help you load it.
I've looked online and they do not. However, depending upon the size you need, as a workaround you can get a single extra glass shelf for say the Billy bookcase and use it if it fits your needs. For example, instead of a regular nightstand in our boys rooms, we bought them a short, narrow Billy bookcase + extra shelves for TV remotes, lying books/magazines flat on the top 2 shelves, and collection of novels on lower shelves. For the TOP to protect it I put down a piece of fabric then one of the GLASS Billy bookshelf shelves I purchased. There's a stick lamp on top of it and room for a glass of water or whatever without worry if them damaging the top. It looks really cool with the pop of color fabric underneath. SOOOO, if the dimensions of some of their glass shelves fit your needs, they work great on top of a bookcase or whatever. Good luck!
Ikea has a web site with all assembly directions .when you are on.the site ,enter the product number .
No
Try their webpage for live chat or email them.
Best to go back in and visit the design bar plus there are new items added as of maybe just over a month ago.
i have ordered twice (my first order had broken items and we can't do returns or exchanges yet) and both times between noon and 12:30 worked for me. but i did keep hitting the button on my phone every 5-10 minutes all morning just in case. i hope this helps.
As of 5/11/20 you can do Click and Delivery from the store. There are limited slots available. As of 5/18/2020 the store started doing next day Click and Collect (curbside), again limited slots available. No estimate on the store reopening to the public.
Yes they are.
IKEA sells Twin/Single, Double/Full, Queen. and King beds, mattresses, and box springs.
Yes they do
Visit the store in person or call them on the phone.
Discounts on certain foods, free drinks and coupons emailed. Get it.
These questions are to ask others who use Google maps, not IKEA employees.... It's best to call them and ask.
When I have placed online orders to be picked up, they have not been ready until the following day. Perhaps it is dependent upon how busy the staff are that day, what time of day you place the order, the # of items in your order, etc. I would not automatically expect your order to be ready the same day.
It's for one hour. And they have to be potty trained. It's first come, first served. You may have to wait for open availability as they can only take so many in at a time.
All items are assembled in the store for display purposes. However, they do not assemble anything purchased by customers at the store. An assembly service is available if delivery is purchased.

It's best to call customer service about delivery! but it's almost worth it to just go there in West Sac from Roseville, Anyways, I don't think it would be a ton of money, But I would call IKEA's customer service, my best advice.
Hello, I found out delivery charges are not taxable. Thank you
I hope you were able to get the help you were looking for...
Nope, but its soo packed inside that u wish you can wait it out outside 🙊
Swedish not American holiday! Never heard of this event before 🤔
We got some meatballs two weeks ago, we saw frozen ones too, not too sure about sauce packets
Online they have it!!
You can sign up for email or sms notifications for when the item is back in stock on the product page. I haven't seen anything that gives you information about when it will be restocked.
Actually, I picked up catalog at store earlier this year. I don't know but, they may still have one. Or, you can wait for next issue year 2022. I believe they have new one on June or July every year.
No wall beds at Ikea
If you have ever experienced Ikea, precovid you understand what they have to work with. In the "showrooms" and warehouse physical distancing is self imposed. Yes mask are required for all upon entrance. Lines are dependent on the day and time of your visit. Lastly, if there is a relative high volume of traffic, there is Line Zar, who directs the flow of checkout line. Some what like the do at Fry's, except they put you into a line not an open cashier.
Depends on the item. Not all items are available for shipping.
I don't think so... but you msyv want to call to be sure.
No, not at the moment. They do have order ahead and pick up; it is called "click and complete."
Give a call to ikea store. Because of covid their return policy has changed. However, you should be able to return.
Sorry I don't work at IKEA. You will need to contact them to ask about the in-person design.
Have you tried calling IKEA?
Definitely recommend early visit if possible, I was there 2 weeks ago and the line at 10am, for opening, had about 40 to 50 people. The store is large enough that all were let into the store. There was not a line to enter, when I was leaving.
You can find that out if you trying to purchase something online and it forces you to choose a delivery option, at that point, just add your ZIP code and it will let you know right there if they do.
I wish you were able to contact the store directly, I didn't have luck getting any answers to my questions either. I know they have a counter for returns. You may want to just go there and bring your items when you have a chance. Make sure you bring your receipt also. I don't know the stores return policy, you may be able to get some of that info over the phone or on the website The last time I called the 800 number, they didn't provide any useful info or answer any question that I had about buying some items. I will now just use the website and visit the store. The staff at the store have been friendly and way more helpful than the 800 number.
Always perform a Google search. It will tell you store hours and whether they are open or have reduced hours for operations.
Yes for a fee
There was 1 person there to help you yesterday afternoon
I don't know, u should call the main customer service number.
There is online ordering, but you need to go inside the exit to pick up.
Yes the employees were helping clients out in the kitchen area
Yes, the line is long but moves quicker than expected
I would suggest going mainly on Saturday when they receive a shipment in. That way you can get everything that you need.
They do, but because if covid it takes much longer and some items are not available at all...
I've gone on weekdays and they weren't limiting the number of people who can enter but I went this weekend and they were. The line was extremely long but I only had to wait 30 minutes to get inside the store.
Yes
Not when I was there it wasn't and I don't want to say its still closed because I haven't been there in a week
Bring your receipt and go to customer service
No you can return it in person. They have a return line separate from the shopping line.
no
According to their website, no.
I'd suggest calling any IKEA store to see if they are set up for that type of service. Their customer service have always been very helpful for me.
Not at this time.
Same day if it's in stock.
Hhhhmmmm good question. I want to go that day too. I would call them directly.
Ikea has wheelchairs available. However, they are not motorized.
There is a separate line for returns more towards the entrance to the store and an online check-in system for both returns and click and collect at lineupwestsac.com
About 15-30 mins, I've been there 4 times in the last week
Yeah, the line looks long, but keeps moving. It took me about an hour last Saturday.
Tuesday and Wednesday
just the 1800 number and connect to West Sacramento.
Ikea is open for shopping only. Smalland, the kids activity center, is closed. The dining area is also closed. The bistro on the lower level is open for takeout only. Shoppers are required to wear a mask. From 9 to 10 a.m. there is a seniors and at-risk population shopping hour. The store opens officially at 10 a.m.
Ikea is already open
You can always call the store
We are doing curbside everyday with plans to let customers in soon. We will let seniors in at special times
The store for walking in and browsing is not open, but the store is open for curbside pick up only.
Curbside is available now. There is no official date for opening to public, yet.
It's a known issue. It's being worked on.
Probably soon they already approve for retail stores to open back to business
They are doing Click & Collect for online orders.
Yes you can
I believe they are doing curbside pickups
It's open now only for curbside pickup.
Dont know we placed an order today for a bunch of cabinets and countertops today and the shipping fee was $49
Yes
We got one for free in the store. I think you can also order one online for free.
Yes, we had lunch last weekend, though it was with very limited options, and it looks like they are understaff during the weekends, they ran out of trays The salmon size was also smaller than usual
I was there two weeks ago and they did
I don't think there's a donuts for national donuts day
IKEA-USA.com./clearance
Call them
Yes they did, didn't try them so can't say anything about quality tho
It is a film that peels away. Try to peel away on a corner first and it should come off.
Look on the site, it should say.
There is an elevator! As soon as you walk into the doors, go left, past the Escalator and you'll see the Elevator on the right) Best of luck at IKEA!))
The staff in-store are pretty knowledgeable and helpful. There are so many combinations it depends on what you are looking for
They accept Cash and debit card. They also might accept Credit card. I do know they have one lane (Cashier-lane) that says Debit Card Only, Faster way to check out.
They open at the same time I'm pretty sure because you have to go through the showroom to get to the marketplace
I've only been there twice. But I'm about to order kitchen. The salesman told me . I would wait till it's all together and then talk to delivery dept. So you may have to drive up and talk to delivery dept at store exit area
I believe around 100 or so maybe a little more
I don't work there but i know you can buy some online. My wife actually asked for one for Christmas.
This is a Google managed site. Refusal to check a website or make a phone call is very LAZY.
No, but you can buy it through the website for an in-store pick up later that day. Target and Walmart do something similar.
Yes, they will give you store credit. Be sure to double-check with the store.
Im sure you can as long as its not assembled
They do
I think I remember seeing faux plants there. But you can call and ask.
Here's the link to order: https://m.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/ART/00346407/
Yes I do. How much will you pay?
It advertise that you have 365 days to return an item ..so I think so..
I don't know what that pl as not is! But the West Sacramento IKEA usually has quite a few live plants - not like a nursery or anything, but they do have small and large plants, and seasonally some cactus. There are often plants I don't see anywhere else, with unusual leaves or stems etc. I have bought a lot of RV hem over the years the store has been open. All the plants were healthy and did well.
If you go to their website or download the app, you can check inventory. This site isn't owned or monitored be IKEA.
No.it will usually tell you online whether or not it available either in store or online.
Not so sure about that, but u can always check it out at the store customer service.
When I have returned things they put it back on the card, unless I didn't have a receipt they gave store credit.. which I could use anyway !!
Wait time for that number os currently 58 minutes. Best option ikea chat
When you place an order online, if you cannot pick it up within 48 hours of the pickup time scheduled when you placed the order, they will automatically restock the items and you will only forfeit the small service fee (currently $5). The remaining amount for products + taxes will be refunded to your credit card. (This has happened to me.)
Restaurant hours are 9:30am to 8:30pm.
8:30 pm
IKEA offers wheelchairs, but not motorized.
If you walk around and follow the arrows, you'll get used to it. There's also maps and employees around to help you out.
20-45 minutes
Should be able to return it, especially if you have the receipt and it hasn't been a long time since you purchased it...
Ikea bed frames dont come with the big mattress supports, you have to purchase those separately. And same with the drawers. Those are purchased separately as well.
If you get a new card, you can get an app and scan your rewards cards into your phone. Most stores will then scan the barcode on your phone's screen.
It opens at 9:30am it stops serving breakfast at 11:00 after that, It closes at 8:30 for the evening.
I don't think they vary the hours for holidays
Yes. I've had a mattress delivered to Davis, no problem.
I have not encountered such situation. Therefore, I don't know. You can call them.
