Ikea bed frames dont come with the big mattress supports, you have to purchase those separately. And same with the drawers. Those are purchased separately as well.
What Melissa Bingham says below is true. On three different occasions, in the middle of assembling my children's beds, we had to go back to IKEA and purchase the mattress support bars, etc. It is inconvenient and I believe it should be more clearly labeled that these items will be necessary BEFORE leaving the store; OR they could include all the pieces needed in the box! But that's not the way IKEA rolls (with the beds anyway)...
Yes those are seperate. If you look at display closely their will be additional item ids for those extras. They are slick with that.
