I had a problem with a package delivery to my home and I wasn’t able to receive the package at the time of delivery. I called customer service and the call center I was forwarded to was unable to help me. However, I went to this location in person and explained my situation to them and they were able to help me quick and effectively. My package was delivered later the same day of the original delivery that I missed. The gentleman that helped me was very kind and very understanding. Thank you to him and the driver that were both able to help me get my package!

Over the last few months UPS driver has repeatedly NOT delivered my packages to my front door, I have it noted on UPS my choice to leave packages at front door. Instead some packages have been lost as they have been set outside at random locations, not at or even anywhere near my home. Last week the driver wrote down I had moved, but that was a LIE. I pay for the shipping, and then UPS refuses to deliver my packages to my address. I'm angry and tired of having to fight over just trying to get my packages delivered. If Amazon, FedEx and Doordash can find my front door and drop off packages why can't the UPS driver?

The reason for this low rating is that this place has no idea about the UPS flat rate boxes and they don't even have them. However the UPS website talks about them and their costs. I would think they would know something about this. Instead they give me a phone number of a person I should contact. I think some better training in what services are available should be given to staff. I wasted a whole trip there to get the flat rate boxes which they did not have. They said I confused them with the post office and I had to show them on the UPS site where it talks about the various flat rate boxes. I finally went to Fedex office and shipped from there.

Terribly customer service. Called to reschedule delivery, was told no problem. It didn’t come. I called again. Then she tells me it’ll maybe come the next day, or the day after, or the day after that, whenever they get around to it. Instead of waiting around without any definitive arrival time I went in to pick it up. Then they couldn’t even find it with the tracking slip they left at my house. Super frustrating.

I am having the same problem. Package sitting in west sac and delivery delayed due to an "extreme weather event"!?!?
I had the same problem a few weeks ago. It said it was out for delivery for a full week and it never showed up. I called and they told me it was sitting in the warehouse so I decide to have them hold it for me there so I could pick it up and be done. When I showed up they told me they couldn't find it and to try again another day. When I went back they didnt even look. They just told me they'd call me whenever someone happens to find it. I ended up just filing a claim for a refund and ordering from somewhere that doesn't use ups. When I was standing in line both days just about everyone else there had the same exact problem
Call customer service with your tracking number and tell you them you prefer to pick up your package and to will call it.....but you have to wait in line! They are so behind in delivery and they are new people to get caught up

It's called an INTERCEPTION. When calling in for that name
You have to call them and put it on Will Call. If you want to pick it up today you have to specify "same day will call" and show up between 9pm and 10 pm. Don't drive out there unless they confirm with you that it's on will call because nobody will be able to find it if it's just in the system.

1800pickups or online at ups.com to schedule a pickup from you're house.
The 800 number would know. Signage on door or on here may be delayed. Heading into the holiday shipping season it is very likely this is a temporary change.

My package was to come said it's in transit would come by 9 p.m I waited till 11 p.m never recieved anything I just asked to leave my package that is horrible business I have to run around trying to locate my package but I paid for it to be delivered not me chase my package please find my package
