We are attending a function tonight at IKEA in West Sacramento and have been told to take the ESCALATOR to second floor. We are unable to take an escalator. Is there an ELEVATOR nearby?

There is an elevator! As soon as you walk into the doors, go left, past the Escalator and you'll see the Elevator on the right) Best of luck at IKEA!))

The escalator is right at the front to the second floor and then you can take the elevator down. But I think the elevator the first floor is near the bathroom which are around the back.
