I purchased some items in the store. Have changed my mind and want to return them. Never knew it would be so cumbersome to return items now. The local number is unavailable and the 1800 customer service number is very unhelpful!! frustrating!

I wish you were able to contact the store directly, I didn't have luck getting any answers to my questions either. I know they have a counter for returns. You may want to just go there and bring your items when you have a chance. Make sure you bring your receipt also. I don't know the stores return policy, you may be able to get some of that info over the phone or on the website The last time I called the 800 number, they didn't provide any useful info or answer any question that I had about buying some items. I will now just use the website and visit the store. The staff at the store have been friendly and way more helpful than the 800 number.

Not certain what you are asking. The IKEA store in Sacramento has a return desk. Bring the items there.
